A cradle Methodist and native Texan, Kathy is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She worked in other careers and as a stay-at-home mother before answering God’s call to ministry. She graduated from the Candler School of Theology at Emory in 2013 and served as the pastor in charge of three small churches before being commissioned by the North Georgia Conference as a provisional elder. She was appointed to Dunwoody UMC in 2016. Kathy and her husband, Bard, have two sons.
