Adult small groups are a great way to get involved, meet new people and grow in your faith. Groups meet at various times and start throughout the year.

Please visit our Men's and Women's Ministry pages for more group study opportunities.

Sundays, June 2 - June 23 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel. June 2 - Rev. Phil Schroeder & Rev. Calissa Dauterman, June 9 - Rev. Phil Schroeder & Rev. Kathy Brockman, June 16 – Rev. Phil Schroeder & Rev. Western North Carolina Trip

Join DUMC this September 16-19 as we travel to Lake Junaluska Conference Center in the beautiful western North Carolina mountains, along with other noteworthy and fun sites within the surrounding area! We'll enjoy day trips to the Great Smoky Mountain Train ride, departing from Bryson City, NC; The Biltmore House in Asheville, NC, including the current Dale Chihuly Art Exhibition; and a shopping visit in Waynesville, NC. Click HERE for details and registration.

Midweek Moms’ Meetup

Calling all moms! While the kids are in Wednesday night programming, take a moment for yourself. Learn and grow with other moms in one of our midweek meetups. Join us in the Kids Activity Room at 5:00 p.m. or the Fellowship Hall Nook at 6:00 p.m. (look for the signs) for a casual, drop-in session of sharing and study.

Disciple IV

The 32-week Disciple IV study concentrates on Old Testament Writings, the Gospel of John, the Epistles of John, James, Jude, and finally, Revelation. Emphasis on the Psalms as Israel’s hymnbook and prayer book leads naturally to an emphasis on worship in the study. Present through the entire study is the sense of living toward completion – toward the climax of the message and the promise, extravagantly pictured in Revelation. Click HERE for more info and registration.

Outdoor & Adventure Ministry

Creating the environment to Listen and Hear the voice of God through active and enjoyable experiences in nature. Please join us as we get outside to hike, kayak, fly fish, bird watch (and more) as we explore God’s creation together.  Each activity in which we participate brings new people. You are welcome regardless of outdoor experience or where you are on your faith journey. To get on the mailing list, please contact Jim Labus at labusj@bellsouth.net
