The 2026 Simon Jones Goodwill Ambassador Awards are presented annually to two individuals - a laity member and a staff member - who exemplify the characteristics that made our longtime Director of Facilities an incredible gift to Dunwoody United Methodist Church. The two people selected will exemplify Simon Jones’ legacy with their welcoming and caring hearts, always having time to share their love of Jesus Christ with others. A selection committee will choose the recipients from the nominations received by Sunday, May 17. An awards presentation will then be held at all three services on Sunday, June 14. Staff nominations will be made by the clergy and staff only.
