CULTURAL CONNECTIONs aCTIVITIES

ESOL Classes

January 15 - April 30, 2025
Learn Conversational English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) on Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the Young Adult Suite. Classes are free. Childcare is available.

Seminars

Learn about living in the U.S. and in our community. Topics include dealing with culture shock, parenting, and more.

Events

Socialize and serve with CC friends and families at Lunch Bunch, service projects, and more.

Bible Studies

Join CC friends in exploring how Christianity applies to daily life. Small groups are formed throughout the year based on interest and facilitator availability.

Wednesday Night Supper

Eat dinner, practice English, and meet new friends! Wednesday Night Supper is in Fellowship Hall starting at 5:00 p.m. most Wednesdays. Several CC friends often sit at tables near the stage at 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. if you'd like to join us. Order dinner HERE the Monday before you plan to attend.

Sunday Worship

Join CC friends at Sunday worship. DUMC offers a Modern Service at 9:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall and a Traditional Service at 11:15 a.m. in the Sanctuary. Several CC friends often sit in the balcony (on the right side, facing the alter) during the Traditional Service at 11:15 a.m. If you want to let us know you are coming so we can look for you, please email us HERE a few days before the service you plan to attend.
