Pryme Tyme Classic Movie Returns on Thursday, April 3! Do you remember the suspense and the funny parts of "Fried Green Tomatoes?" There was plenty of both in the 1991 film starring Kathy Bates, Jessica Tandy, Mary Stuart Masterson, Mary-Louise Parker, and Cicely Tyson. The film was based on Fannie Flagg's 1987 novel "Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe." There is some romance, some mystery, and LOTS of laughs! Produced for a budget of $11 million, it grossed $119.4 million. Quite a financial success. No need to register; just come and enjoy!
