Mission Mondays
Monthly on the 1st Monday from 10:30 PM
Dunwoody UMC assembles lunches for students that receive a free or reduced-price lunch through their school but are at-risk of missing this meal during the Summer. Our "Mission Mondays" partner organization (HOPE Atlanta) has requested larger meal kits (called "SuperPacks") that can feed a student all week. We need 20 volunteers to assemble 200 "SuperPacks" per build. This is a great, all-ages event and usually takes only an hour. We will meet in the church gym from 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 2 and again on Monday, July 7. Join us for one or both Mission Mondays. We will need delivery drivers on Wednesday, July 9.
