The Book of Jonah – Plumbing the Depths of God’s Mercy

Raging seas. A vomiting fish. A worm on a mission. An annoyed prophet. The book of Jonah has something for everybody. Over three sessions, we’ll explores this holy fish tale, probing it for what it says about God, the world God rules, and our place within it. This course is offered online via Zoom and is jointly hosted by DUMC and the Candler Foundry. Rev. Dr. Joel LeMon, a member of the Candler's faculty, will lead the study.
