WHAT SHOULD I WRITE ON THE CHECK?

Please make checks payable to DUMC Preschool; note on the check memo line the child’s name and what the money is for, e.g., tuition, book order, etc. PLEASE NOTE: October through May tuition is due by the first day of the prior month.

AM I ABLE TO PAY MY TUITION ANNUALLY?

Absolutely! You can multiply your monthly tuition by eight months to come up with your annual tuition total. (Note: You have already paid September tuition - - - therefore, only eight months of tuition remain.)

CAN I SET UP RECURRING PAYMENTS TO PAY MY TUITION ONLINE?

Certainly! In order to have your monthly tuition automatically deducted from your credit card, debit card, or bank account, you will need to follow the steps below. You MUST set up your recurring payments NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 9, 2011. You will not be able to pay online for a single month of tuition during the school year.

• Go to www.dunwoodyumc.org
• Look in the bottom right corner under “Quick Links”, and click on “Preschool”
• Once on Preschool page, look in the bottom right corner under “Preschool Links”, and click on “Preschool Tuition”
• Under “Set Up A Recurring Tuition Payment”, you will click to set up a recurring payment for preschool tuition.
• On the next page, you will see “Log In and Pay”. Under that section, you will see a blank that asks for your e-mail address. At the bottom of that section, you will need to click on “Sign up Now” (“Sign Up Now” is written in dark blue so it is hard to see!)
• You will then be brought to a “Create Your Account” screen. Fill in the information page. The name at the top under “First Name” should be the parent’s name. Once you have filled in that page, click on “Create Account”.
• The next page will be STEP 1 (PAYMENT FORM). The information you have previously entered will be automatically listed. Fill in each child’s name, and under “Which class do you want”, select the corresponding class from the drop down menu. Click “Schedule Payment”. You will then be on STEP 2 (SCHEDULE):
• Under “Payment Frequency”, you will need to click on the SECOND option “Every __ _______”, and you will fill in “1 month”.
• Make first payment on 9/1/2011.
• Make last payment on 4/1/2012 or after 8 total payments.
• Press “Continue”.
  You will then be taken to STEP 3 (PAYMENT DETAILS):
• On this page, you will need to pick your method of payment:
  Pay using the following: your Visa or MasterCard OR pay using your checking account.
• Complete the payment page information.
• Once the information has been entered, click on “Save Payment Schedule”.
  You will then be taken to STEP 4 (RECEIPT)
• You may then print the receipt of your recurring tuition transaction.
  NOTE: Remember that you are paying 8 payments since you have already paid your September tuition.
  
  If you follow these steps, your tuition payments will be automatic for the 2011-2012 school year!! Please remember that you have until September 9, 2011 to set up your recurring payments if you choose this tuition payment option. CAN I PAY MY TUITION WITH MY CREDIT CARD EACH MONTH?

No. We are not able to offer a monthly tuition payment via credit card. If you would like to pay with your credit card, you must set up recurring payments for the whole school year. The recurring payments must be set up by September 9, 2011.

IF I WANT TO MAIL MY CHECK, WHERE DO I SEND IT?

Personal checks that are mailed or checks that are mailed from your bank should be sent to:

PLEASE make sure you include your child’s name on your check as well as a note that it should be applied to your preschool account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY MY TUITION LATE? WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?

Tuition payments received after the first of the month are considered late. Payments received after the 10th of the month will be subject to a late fee of $10. Payments made after the 15th of the month are subject to an additional late fee of $25. Late fees will continue to accrue until payment is received and your account is made current. The Preschool reserves the right to dismiss students who are in arrears on tuition.

WHY DO I PAY A FULL MONTH OF TUITION IN DECEMBER WHEN WE HAVE TIME OFF FOR CHRISTMAS?

Instead of requiring tuition payments to be paid by semester or annually, your annual tuition is divided into nine equal monthly payments as a courtesy to you.
