Seniorcizers, a free, coed exercise class for senior adults has been in recess during the summer. It will resume Thursday, September 7 at 9:00 a.m. in the church Aerobics Room on the second floor of the Activities Building.

The one hour class is designed for all levels of senior fitness. There are low impact movements, stretching, balance and strength work. Chairs are provided for everyone as all activities can be performed sitting if preferred.

PALS is an interfaith organization offering a wide range of adult learning classes for adults over 50. Classes cover such subjects as current events, history, health, finance, art, travel, bridge, and more. PALS has quarterly sessions that are rotated among the Perimeter area Churches. Classes are conducted during the day, on Mondays, in eight week sessions. Registration is $40 for as many classes as you wish to take in any given session, or one day sessions are available for $7.
