The children's ministry team needs adults of ALL ages to help show God's love to the next generation! There are needs from everything from teachers in the classrooms, storytellers to greeters at the sign in desks. There is an opportunity for every interest and time commitment! Please contact Rev. Children's Ministry Programs

Spark! Lighting the fire of God's Love!
Children – Age 3 by 9/1/17 – Pre-K/Young Fives
9:55 am in the Preschool Hallway

We provide a safe and secure environment where preschoolers grow in their relationships with God, their leaders and their peers. Children interact in small group, age appropriate activities and participate in Bible stories and songs during large group.

The curriculum is designed for young children with one priority: Love God.

We have three relational motives:

  1. Move kids to LOVE LIFE by encouraging DISCOVERY
  2. LOVE OTHERS by fueling PASSION
  3. LOVE GOD by inciting WONDER

Plugged In Plugging kids in to the power of God!
Children – K-5
9:55 a.m.

Plugged In Greeters can be found at the double doors outside the Fellowship Hall for small group locations, look for leaders wearing orange t-shirts or aprons! Parents bring children directly to Small Groups at their designated location.

Our goal is for every child who participates in Plugged In to grow up knowing 3 basic truths:

  • Wisdom: I need to make the wise choice.
  • Faith: I can trust God no matter what.
  • Friendship: I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Small Group:

Our Small Group format is intentional, emphasizing building relationships between Small Group leaders and kids, and the kids developing friendships within the group.  We see that when kids feel like they are known and have a place they belong, they are much more likely to develop a lifelong faith.

Large Group:

Our large group time brings the Bible story to life and fun music keeps students singing, dancing and actively engaged. A Host and a Storyteller lead in a dynamic telling of the Bible story and share the Bottom Line application message each week.

Foundations & Traditions:

Children will focus on worship readiness and work together to learn about the different elements and traditions in a traditional worship service.  We want our kids to be more engaged in worship when attending with their family, and we encourage them to stay and worship together if desired.

*FIRST SUNDAY: All children stay in worship on first Sundays when Holy Communion is celebrated.
