Hoop-a-Roos:  no evaluations

All players in Kindergarten through 6th grade must be evaluated prior to being placed on a team.  Evaluations are not try-outs--every registered player will be included on a team roster after being evaluated.  Evaluations will be done by Top of the Key Basketball and assessments are kept confidential to the league administration.  In an effort to ensure competitiveness between teams in each age group, we will accommodate one mutual friend/carpool request along with practice night conflicts.  Teams will be drafted by the league, not by coaches, with an effort to balance the skill level of players on all teams. While returning teams and alternate friend requests may be considered, there is no guarantee that a player will be placed on a specific team if it would upset the balance in the league.  Our aim is to encourage fellowship while also keeping the league fun for all by setting every team up for success.  We appreciate your support and understanding.
