Wednesday Night Co-chairs

1. Description – Assist with the planning and execution of Wednesday Night program, including recruiting leaders, enrolling children, and planning the curriculum.
2. Time Commitment – Children’s council meetings every other month.  3 hours/week on average.

Wednesday Night Class Leader

1. Description - Lead a class of children during the Wednesday Night program from 6-7:30 pm.
2. Time Commitment - 2-3 hours/week; 1.5 hours to prepare and 1.5 hours to conduct.   School year is divided into 3-13 week sessions.
3. Recommended skills – Love of kids, Patience, Sense of humor, Desire to teach
4. Key dates – During school year

Wednesday Night Puppets

1. Description – Prepare and conduct puppet plays for the Wednesday Night program from 6:45-7:15 pm.
2. Time Commitment – Varies.  School year is divided into 3-13 week sessions.

Wednesday Night Games

1. Description – Prepare the weekly Wednesday Night games from 5-6 pm.  Each week has 4 games – 2 Fellowship-related and 2 related to the Bible story.
2. Time Commitment – 1 ½ hours/week.  School year is divided into 3-13 week sessions.
3. Recommended skills – Creative

Wednesday Night Crafts

1. Description – Prepare the weekly Wednesday Night crafts.
2. Time Commitment – 1 ½ hours/week.  School year is divided into 3-13 week sessions.

Wednesday Night Setup/Cleanup

• Description – Volunteer at the Wednesday Night Program to help setup/cleanup.  Setup is from 3-3:30 and cleanup is from 7:30-8.
• Time Commitment – 1 hour per quarter, per month, or per week to suite volunteer’s schedule.
• Recommended skills – Willingness!
• Key dates – Quarterly, monthly, or weekly
