Sunday Worship Co-chairs

1. Description – Assist with the planning and execution of Sunday Worship, including recruiting leaders, planning the curriculum, and keeping the worship area clean and organized.  Sunday Worship is broken down into 2 age groups – ages 2-5 and K+.
2. Time Commitment – Children’s council meetings every other month.  2 hours/week on average.
3. Recommended skills – Creativity, Organizational
4. Key dates – Weekly and monthly

Sunday Worship Leader

1. Description - Lead the children’s Sunday Worship service at the 9:00 or 10:30 hour for ages 2-5.  Assist in leading the children’s Sunday Worship service for K+.  Leader leads children in song, prayer, puppet show, etc.  Typically pair up 2 people to work together; therefore, commitment is not weekly, unless desired.
2. Time Commitment – 2 hours/week; 1 hour to prepare and 1 hour to conduct
3. Recommended skills - Love of kids, Patience, Sense of humor, Desire to teach, Creativity
4. Key dates – 3-4 months per year

Sunday Worship puppets

1. Description – Prepare and conduct quarterly puppet plays for the 9:00 or 10:30 hour for ages 2-5.  Typically pair up 2 people to work together; therefore, commitment is not weekly, unless desired.
2. Time Commitment – 2 hours/week; 1 hour to prepare and 1 hour to conduct
3. Recommended skills - Love of kids, Patience, Sense of humor, Desire to teach, Creativity
4. Key dates – 3-4 months per year

Sunday Worship music

1. Description – Lend your musical skills to Sunday Worship.  Need a piano player and song leader for ages 2-5.  Need a volunteer to select music for K+. 
2. Time Commitment – 1 ½ hours/week; ½ hour to prepare and 1 hour to conduct

Sunday Worship drama

1. Description – Prepare and conduct quarterly puppet plays for the 9:00 or 10:30 hour for the K+ age group.

Sunday Worship facilities

1. Description – Prepare the Sunday Worship rooms for worship.  Test and keep equipment in working order.
